Rob Banowsky’s practice focuses on corporate law, private investment funds, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Platt Richmond, Rob practiced in the legal department of a Dallas-based financial services firm. While in-house, he worked as a member of deal teams in a variety of liquidity-focused transactions involving alternative assets and drafted governance documents for new and established business units.

When not practicing law, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs at their home in Lake Highlands.
