Kinsey Lakey has represented corporate and individual clients in a variety of litigation cases in state and federal courts. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation. Additionally, she provides practical and strategic advice to efficiently achieve the clients’ goals.

Since graduating law school, she has taken and defended countless witness and expert depositions, taken the lead during mediations, settlement negotiations, and hearings. Kinsey has authored multiple successful Motions to Dismiss and Motions for Summary Judgment. She also has found success in Texas appellate courts.

Kinsey earned her undergraduate degree from West Texas A&M and her JD from Baylor Law School.
