Anthony Coli
Human Resources & Benefits Manager
Anthony Coli is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 16 years of experience, including more than a decade spent at prominent Dallas law firms, most recently an AmLaw 50 firm. Anthony specializes in employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR project management. He excels at resolving complex employee issues, ensuring policy compliance, and leading high-impact projects that optimize operational efficiency. With a BBA in Management from Hofstra University, PHR and SHRM certifications, and Mental Health First Aid certification, he possesses a robust foundation in HR best practices. Anthony is passionate about fostering positive workplace cultures and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
Beyond his professional life, Anthony is deeply committed to giving back to his community, volunteering as a Next Steps Mentor with “Back on My Feet,” where he supports individuals facing homelessness in their journey towards employment. He also serves as Chair of the Dallas Association of Legal Administrators Human Resources Section. A native New Yorker, Anthony is also a retired marathon runner and doting dog dad to Whitney and Dolly.

Charles Gillis
Executive Director
Charles Gillis is a seasoned business executive who has over thirty years of law firm administration experience. At Platt Richmond Charles oversees all strategic and operational matters for the firm, including finances, human resources, and administration. During the decade prior to joining Platt Richmond, Charles served as Chief Administrative Officer for an AMLAW 200 law firm and as Executive Director for a Texas-based full-service law firm.
He has worked on a variety of initiatives to support bilateral trade and exchange programs between the United States and other free nations. He previously served as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Canada-Texas Chamber of Commerce and served on the Executive Committee of the Canada-Florida Chamber of Commerce. He also served for many years as a volunteer advisor to a Canadian crown-corporation focused on foreign direct investment initiatives and export enhancement.
Charles holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas as well as an SHRM-SCP certification. His articles have appeared in numerous U.S. and Canadian publications. He is the author of the book The Seven Year Trap: Back Office Observations of the Business of Law and the Path to Partnership.

Kaitlyn Hopfer
Head of Finance
Kaitlyn Hopfer started in the legal industry in 2016. She has held administrative, billing, and accounting roles in a variety of law firms in DFW. Kaitlyn heads the finance department for Platt Richmond and manages all aspects of the firm’s financial processes.
