Joseph Kim focuses on commercial real estate transactions and related corporate matters. Joseph works closely with real estate clients, acting as legal counsel and business advisor through every step of the transaction.

Joseph is passionate about offering individual solutions to commercial real estate clients in order to accomplish deals pragmatically and efficiently. He works closely with owners, sponsors, developers, investors, and entrepreneurs through acquisition, development, debt and equity financing, operations, leasing, and disposition, and has experience with a variety of assets. Joseph has worked on multifamily and build-to-rent projects, single-family communities, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, mixed-use, manufactured housing, and storage facilities.

Prior to returning to Platt Richmond, Joseph was a Senior Associate Attorney with an AmLaw 100 law firm.
