Heather Crabill’s practice focuses on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation. Her experience spans a variety of federal and state court disputes involving copyright and trademark infringement, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and other business-related torts, and landlord-tenant matters. Heather has also assisted on patent infringement matters where she analyzed damages claims involving reasonable royalties and lost profits. Her practice also involves assisting with drafting independent contractor agreements and reviewing intellectual property licensing agreements.
In addition to her intellectual property practice, Heather also works on complex business disputes and landlord-tenant issues ranging from partnership disputes to lease disputes and evictions. She has experience representing individuals and companies as both plaintiffs and defendants and is actively involved with all aspects of litigation from pre-litigation strategy to trials and appeals.
Heather attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she graduated with distinction. Prior to law school, Heather earned her degree in public relations from the University of Texas at Austin.
Outside of her legal work, Heather is a mystery novel enthusiast, amateur chef, and Sunday school teacher at her church.
