Christopher Harbin focuses on complex commercial litigation, corporate restructuring and bankruptcy, and intellectual property law.
He began his litigation career at a major multinational law firm, where he quickly became a first-chair trial attorney in high-profile, high-stakes cases across both state and federal courts. Christopher’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy across a wide span of legal areas, including corporate fraud and shareholder disputes, intellectual property litigation, and representation of debtors, creditors, and interested parties in contested bankruptcy matters. Christopher also has experience representing debtors in Chapter 7 and 11 Bankruptcies, including those under Subchapter 5 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Outside of his legal work, Christopher enjoys spending time with his wife and Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, playing ice hockey in local recreational leagues, and collecting and restoring vintage arcade and pinball machines.
