Wesley is dedicated to guiding clients through the complex landscape of corporate law with both approachability and efficiency. His practice focuses on a broad spectrum of transactional matters, including public and private mergers and acquisitions (M&A), securities filings, private placements for real estate investors, and Representations and Warranties Insurance (RWI) deals. He also provides counsel on corporate entity and non-profit formation and managing general corporate needs.

Wesley represents a diverse client base, which consists of public and private investors, independent sponsors, RWI insurance carriers, and medium to large-sized business owners. Prior to joining Platt Richmond, Wesley worked as a Corporate attorney at a major Am Law 100 law firm.

Outside of the office, Wesley is a passionate fan of the Dallas Cowboys. He stays active through Pilates and enjoys unwinding through gaming and spending time with dogs. When time allows, he enjoys traveling internationally.
