Mays Alrudaini provides legal support to the Commercial Real Estate section representing entrepreneurs, developers, investors, landlords, and financial institutions, and focusing on facilitating various real estate transactions including commercial sales and acquisitions, equity and construction loans and modifications, as well as evaluating LOIs and client business terms relating to lease agreements and purchase and sale agreements. She routinely interfaces with client business teams regarding critical deadlines and due diligence review pertaining to analysis of title and survey matters.

Mays has also served the Firm as a corporate paralegal assisting with the formation and restructuring of domestic and foreign entities and representation of private investment funds, drafting and reviewing company agreements and organizational charts, interfacing with investors and shareholders regarding federal and state securities filings, and maintaining corporate records.

Mays earned a Master of Arts in English Linguistics from the University of Baghdad and a certificate in Paralegal Studies from Southern Methodist University.

She has extensive executive support experience within and without the law, having managed the United States Agency for International Development in the Office of Public Policy, working alongside ministry staff from Iraq and the United States to implement public policy. In her free time, Mays enjoys traveling, playing with her cat, and working out.
