Jacky Almendarez provides legal support to the corporate section of the firm. Jacky holds a bachelor’s in business management from Southern University and A&M College. She has extensive administrative experience and began her career as a paralegal supporting an in-house legal department for a financial services company. Her focus is on entity formation and dissolution and she has experience with a broad range of corporate transactions.
Outside of the office, Jacky enjoys spending all the time she can with her daughter and playing her favorite sport, soccer.
