David Watson is a business litigation attorney with experience in a variety of industries and commercial disputes. His practice focuses on corporate litigation, including real estate, corporate governance disputes, and intellectual property. He also gained experience in international trade and national security matters while working as a member of a federally appointed monitor team on the largest export control monitorship in US corporate history.
David has experience conducting export compliance audits and international white-collar investigations relating to the export of sensitive technology as part of cross border government enforcement actions across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. His background also includes experience with an in-house corporate legal department and a Texas State District Judge.
David is a dual citizen of the U.S. and U.K. and speaks multiple languages. When not practicing law, he is an avid soccer and basketball fan and enjoys supporting Manchester United and the Dallas Mavericks.
