A software developer at heart, Andrew’s broad practice spans technology transactions, intellectual property litigation, and class action litigation. He has counseled clients across a wide range of industries, including life sciences, software, hardware, and blockchain/cryptocurrency.

Always looking to innovate the practice of law, Andrew is open to alternative fee arrangements for startup and small business clients including flat-rate pricing for common tasks and hybrid contingency fee arrangements for patent litigation.

Prior to joining Platt Richmond as Senior Counsel, Andrew practiced patent litigation at a large international law firm.
