Jenny Crutcher has worked in legal administration and human resources for over thirteen years.
She has experience in supporting a range of organizations from a large, international corporate law firm to a startup personal injury practice that tripled in size during her tenure. She is skilled in large-scale recruiting, performance management, benefits and compensation, and law firm administration. She is particularly focused on the candidate/employee experience and creating internal culture that aligns with the firm’s values and mission.
Jenny holds a BA in English with a minor in Human Resources Management as well as an SHRM-SCP certification.
